Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] 

Please include "Refund Request" in the title and your full name and the email address you used to register in the body of the email.  We need this information to verify it is you.

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used to register for the course and a brief survey to let us know how we could have served you better.


Conditions

Refunds will be honored according to the following conditions:

  1. Agile Cheetah Academy receives your email refund request by no later than 11:59 pm US Eastern Standard Time on the 3rd day after course purchase.
  2. We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment services.  We will respond to refund requests promptly but cannot affect Stripe or PayPal timelines.
  3. You can request a refund for any reason.  As long as you meet the conditions stated here, we will refund 100% of your purchase within 7 days.
  4. Should your refund request be denied, you will receive an email explaining why.
